Refund Policy – Aspire Stairlifts

At Aspire Stairlifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase (before installation) for a full refund.

Custom curved stairlifts are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun.

If you are not satisfied after installation, please contact us immediately.

Straight stairlifts may be removed and refunded (minus installation/removal costs) within 14 days of fitting.

Curved stairlifts are custom-made and therefore non-returnable once installed.

If your stairlift is faulty, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with your warranty.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
