Unfortunately, we are unable to purchase all models and certain brands. Should this be the case, we will provide you with a reasonable quote for the stairlift removal and disposal.

Upon arrival to remove the stairlift, we will conduct a brief 5-minute inspection. Provided that everything is satisfactory, we will proceed with payment via cash, cheque, or bank transfer, followed by the removal of the stairlift.

Most stairlifts will have a sticker or a printed logo somewhere on the chassis or the seat of the stairlift. If you are still unsure, please contact us and we will help you work out which stairlift you have.

We provide national coverage, operating throughout the United Kingdom. Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a scheduled date and time slot. Should this slot be suitable, our engineer will contact you one hour prior to arrival, ensuring you are not left waiting unnecessarily.

We either recondition the stairlifts or dismantle them for parts. Upon their return to our warehouse, they undergo a rigorous inspection process. If they meet the quality standards for reuse, then they will be repurposed accordingly.

In instances where stairlifts cannot be repurposed, we make certain to recycle as much of the stairlift as possible, typically 99% by weight. All metals are dispatched for recycling, while plastics and batteries are processed through the appropriate recycling channels.
