These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By engaging with Aspire Stairlifts, you agree to the following:

1. Products & Services

All stairlifts are sold subject to availability and suitability for your property.

A home assessment may be required before final pricing is confirmed.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be made before or upon installation (unless otherwise agreed).

We aim to complete installations within the agreed timeframe.

Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., supplier delays, access issues) will be communicated promptly.

All new stairlifts come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Refurbished models include a standard 12-month warranty (with options to extend).

Regular servicing is recommended to maintain warranty coverage.

Aspire Stairlifts is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications to the stairlift.
